COVID-19 Update

We’re all in this together, and nothing is more important than the health of the communities we serve.  Here is a brief update on how Canine Dimensions is dealing with the current COVID-19 situation.
To our current clients:
·       We remain committed to providing you with the ongoing support that we agreed to when we began working with you and your dog.   All we ask is that when you schedule your follow-up visits, please let us know whether there are any family members who have recently experienced any signs of respiratory illness (specifically those symptoms of COVID-19 as identified by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention).
·       We have advised our trainers to stay home if they are sick.
·       We have also asked our trainers to avoid handshakes and other unnecessary social contact during lessons, and to take precautionary cleaning measures as advised by the CDC both prior to, and after, all in-home training sessions.
To our future clients:
·       During this difficult time, many dog owners are choosing to have professional dog training done privately in their homes, instead of signing up for group lessons.  For new clients considering in-home dog training, we ask that when you request a free phone consultation on our website, please indicate the best time for us to reach you.  This will help us connect with you as quickly as possible and will help us handle the increase in requests for information about in-home dog training and in-home puppy training.
Now more than ever, the unconditional love of the family dog adds joy and happiness to the home.  As Canine Dimensions Dog Trainers, it’s our job to make sure that family dogs are not surrendered to overcrowded shelters because of behavior problems.  We remain 100% committed to this mission.
